Serves as customer liaison for our electronic banking products and services.
Describes, supports and promotes e-banking products, to include: Online Banking, Live Wire Notification, Express Deposit, Bill Pay Services.
- Evaluate client needs and suggest/employ appropriate solutions;
- Process new enrollments on all electronic banking services;
- Collect client data as required for product set up and system functionality;
- Maintain on-going customer relations
- Support clients during implementation of new products / services
- Advise clients on product usage
- Communicate with vendor technical support staff
- Provides daily, weekly, and monthly reports as per protocol
Qualified candidates should have at least three years bank experience.
