Express Deposit consolidates accounts, reduces deposit errors, and eliminates trips to the bank. It’s a web-based application that processes a company’s check deposit using a small desktop scanner located right at the business office. The device captures images of the checks, then through an automated decision making process determines eligibility, and either converts and processes eligible items electronically (via ARC) and/or via a check image (Check 21 IRD). The electronic file is automatically transmitted and the deposit is received at Monument Bank without a company employee ever leaving the office.

Secure online access to deposit images and reports for two years. Built-in check review feature prevents check from being scanned multiple times. Check is marked as deposited after scanning.
Scalable. Separate scanning and deposit approval provides mechanism for security and internal control. Various levels of user access can be established. Access to application features based upon unique User ID. Export data to external systems. Customized export and reports are available. Capture remittance coupon information and export to an external system.
Flexible. Bank when it’s convenient for your business, with 24/7 access to the Express Deposit application. All checks scanned Monday through Friday by 6:00 pm Eastern Time are credited to the account the same business day. Consolidate deposits from multiple office locations to a single bank account.
